The caring ethos delivered by the care home stems from a family run business with many years experience in the industry, providing care to the older people. Saxon Lodge is based in the beautiful setting of Kent, South East of England, and uphold excellent reputations for ensuring that the needs of residents are met effectively.
Saxon Lodge provides a comfortable and welcoming home for the elderly. It is situated in the quiet village of Bridge, only a few miles from Canterbury City centre. The home has been extended and refurbished to a high standard and offers well maintained single rooms, many with en-suite facilities.
At Saxon Lodge, we believe it is important to provide outstanding care which enables residents to enjoy and celebrate life. Independence and choice is promoted, as well as support with activities of daily living. There are also opportunities to participate in stimulating activities such as gardening, music and singing, arts and crafts and more.
- Saxon Lodge is designed over two floors and has disabled toilets and bathing facilities with carer assisted hoists on both floors, accessible by an eight person lift.
- The care home has 23 single rooms. All are tastefully decorated with a high degree of comfort as standard.
- We provide a comprehensive range of activities & outings are available to promote both physical & mental well-being.
- Fee scales vary according to the type of room available & the individual requirements.
